Hello I have tried many hosting with me finding so many are terrible such as I can include the following who were bad

A2hosting
Inmotionhosting
WixHosting
Digitalocrean
Fatcow
Siteground

So if possible could you suggest me any good hosting which is not mainstream or one which could give me cpanel or something else so I can install Wordpress sites fast my max budget at the moment be $100 a month.

I would prefer if possible a good Russian or Ukraine one since worked with many great businesses from both those countries.

Try vultr.
 
If you budget is $100/month like you said, why don't you get a dedicated @ hetzner ?
You won't ever have any problems.. owning a server is the smartest thing you can do when hosting your most valuable moneysites.
 
I'm using WPX and it's fast, awesome customer support and better than 99% of the other hostings services I've used.
 
Been using Namecheap for years with no trouble.
 
First off - what kind of site content?

Second - You had negaive expriences with NNH and yahoo??

What is your site speed at wpx? I moved there from namecheap and the difference is not that good. I am also using their cdn and their recomended wt3c settings.

No one of mentioned providers have servers in Russia or Ukraine.
With $100 budget you can simply buy the dedicated server or VPS.

Hetzner from Germany have pretty nice offers and also very good connections to mentioned countries and good connections to rest of world.

If i have to choose, i keep with WPX. You should try it. As Matthew Woodward said "WPX is the fastest WordPress host... with first-class support". Best regards.

I am just asking, because I know the answer ;)
