    Depends on what you're hosting of course, but speaking from experience, I've had no problems with HostGator.

    I try 1und1 but i find it was a bad service and they have a long time offline like it was 48 hours and i cant do anything..
    so do not use 1und1..

    hostmonster.com and bluehost.com (they are the same company) - best support i have ever seen for a service.

    stay away from hostgator. everybody recommends them because they have high affiliate comissions but they are pretty shitty compared to the ones above.

    also, under no fricking circumstances should you get hosting from godaddy.

    Cannot disagree with this more tbh.
    The only people that have had problems are people that have took the piss and broke the rules methinks...

    #3 for Hostgator, quality hosting IMO, I host shedloads of sites from one account with no hassle at all.
    Vouchers knocking about all over the web for the first month for $0.01 as well if you look or ask and thou shall receive ;-)
