Unless the IP you have been given by DigitalOcean is blacklisted (check on https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx ) I would be very surprised if Google punished you for this, even if it is listed.
If you really do think Google blacklists certain IP ranges then go with Google hosting, maybe they whitelist them lol

The only one that might cause issues there is the Spamhaus listing so yes I would suggest moving providers. Even if it doesn't effect your rankings being listed on Spamhaus will defiantly get you hitting spam box for emailing.

I been with lot of hosting providers no doubt DO is super awesome but setup is little technical - you can take help from Fiverr but overal DO is the best breed and Stackpath incase you want to get WEF/Firewall etc..
