Best Hosting For SEO?

I used namecheap it's good but servers speed decrease during peak time, maybe because of shared hosting
It's good but my site was seo spammed in January and lost all traffic
 
It depends on your traffic that how much live traffic your site has. I use hostgator premium plan and its best for me.

To be clear, there is no such animal as SEO hosting!

If a hosting provider advertise its products as "SEO hosting / SEO friendly etc etc" feel free to click the "X" or "Back" button.

What impact the SEO ranking from hosting side is the Loading speed of the website and the Uptime of the website (which should be not less than 99%/mo).

Is the server location a factor ? Definitely no, however if your audience is mainly Europeans and your hosting is in US then you should consider using CDN (Content Delivery Network ) services (bunnyCDN/KeyCDN etc).

With that been said, any hosting provider with 99.9% uptime and fast servers will be fine. Everything else which is not hosting related (aka Domain/Website SEO optimization etc) is up to the webmaster.

never had any issue with the digital ocean I have currently 2 droplets of 5$ and 20$ plan... In 5$ plan I am using kali Linux for brute force or penetration testing and my WordPress site is at 20$.

Once again let me be clear hosting that would help improve ranking. I think it plays a great role.
