MultipleCloud have installer system in-house now. Cloudrobot can do multiple cms installation at once by submitting form in bulk.

What are people doing? Adding a new site, uploading a text file and then checking the IP of the text file? If the IP is unique then good to go, otherwise delete it and try again the next day?
 
Funny anytime a thread like this pops up self promotion runs amok. Just make sure you diversify with different hosting
companies and registrars and remember creating your own network takes a lot of money but it well worth it.

Host with dedicated ip is better than shared ip?

Have you considered cloud hosting? Technically, it has no static IP and thus, in theory, should not raise any flags with SE's

P.S. I would avoid any dedicated SEO hosting companies - I bet most of "ALN's" and alike were hosted there, so those IP's must be on G's radar already.

If you look around, new IP usually costs around 1-2$/mo extra, you can probably scavenge around regular hosting companies thus "not keeping" all eggs in same basket. Tedious, I know, but for your league game - 500 domains, might be worth a shot. Would hate to see all those sites hit at once because they all were on same "SEO" hosting.

Also about hostinine reseller - are their DNS and RDNS different on different IPs?

That's a good solution, but there ia one caveat: most small hosts are oversold with slow response time. That will devalue many backlinks from domains hosted with such hosts. You really have to cherry-pick you small hosts.
