For those of you not sure about using HostNine and NOT having to pay for additional IP's, I've uploaded a video that you can download and it explains why you do NOT need to pay for additional IP's. There are 2 videos marked 2-1 and 2-2. The 2-2 is an update that really explains why it works and the 2-1 explains how to set it up.

Hey John, let me start this out by saying
This is still Very Valuable! Now, not to tinkle on your parade but your ip's have the same 3rd octet or "Class C" ip address which you point out in the video. Which was kind of the question in the beginning. Check out in the screen shot from video 2-1 , ip:1 and ip:8 have the same, ip:2 and ip:3 have the same and ip:7 and ip:10 have the same. Obvious the video image quality is very low but you can tell they are the same Class C ip.... There is some value that you can recieve different class C's from different areas, and maybe if you waited longer before adding another account you can get different class C's in the same area, but from this video it shows that {"xxx.xxx.xxx".abc } are the same. If at least the 3rd octet isn't different your leaving a massive footprint. 3rd octect definition : XXX.XXX."333".XXX

Now you say somthing in your video, that your content type is different, which is a pretty big deal... For a lot of us who are creating networks for specific content money sites. Creating sites on the same 3rd octet in the same niche, you are going to run into issues. Specially if your using "spun content".
Please Explain how do achieve Unique Class C and how long you have to wait to achieve that? Because I do see you do have unique class C's in the same Areas "USA: WEST" but how long did you have to wait to get that?
I think this is still Very Valuable, even if it takes a few months to accumulate 25 class C's becuase the cheapest ive ever found was 1.5 per ip... so im assuming the wait time is a little high.. day or so maybe a week. Which would make this a really good option for a blog network beginner who is just starting out and is going to slowly build up and create sites 1 at a time, over a couple weeks. I personally create 20+ websites at once, so a unique class C for everyone is very important since the content is spun and they will be posting up "similar content" within minutes of each other.
