Best Hosting For Handle 250+ Realtime Visitors?

Any hosting can handle this amount of visitors if you have good source code.
I have hosting plan https://buyshared.net/shared-cpanel-hosting/ for few month's and one website has some visitors spikes of 2k visitors per 10 minutes and all working fine. If you have Wordpress they have Litespeed servers and Litespeed cache plugins automatically cache your site.

I wouldn't settle for cheapest. You need reliability. Godaddy is very good for handling visitors. Also I'm curious what is your budget

The OP didn't asked for free trial and things like . And I bet after the free trial, monthly cost will be more than Digital ocean what is 5$ .
Here is my opinion and yours . Only OP can chose what is good for him.

And he asked about a cheap and good hosting. With google cloud you can have it for free for a year. ($300 for 365 days).. same or at least similar with amazon cloud. But again, i do not recommend, just asking if there is any specific reason to not use the free stuff. After a year you still can migrate to digital ocean or any cheaper provider.
