I've just discovered privateseoclub and it seems like they are connected with BHW though I can not find them here.

I havent had much luck with these services.I always get accounts that dont have what they say or someone is already signed in. Id like to know a suggested service to.

Groups buys are not permitted on BHW so maybe you don't want to do that.

How long have you been with them? Are they worth the price and are all tools full/premium access or are there limitations to their functionality?

Depends on the service/product/tool you are looking for.
I use Flikover for the most common SEO tools like Ahrefs or Majestic
