Photoshop for the fact that everything that you could or would want to learn can be found on some place on the internet. Photoshop has endless tutorials.
 
Designing software (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator)
Web Designing software (Adobe Dreamweaver)
 
For web designing, photoshop for sure. For logos/graphics, illustrator.
 
Definitely Photoshop... For click drag click drag and more click drag design I'd use wordpress with premium themes & plugins...
 
INDESIGN - Basically Indesign is where you can build documents and bring in your elements from Illustrator and Photoshop. It is multipage capable with many other typesetting and design features.
 
Definitely Photoshop for me. Has to be one of the best I have used and will continue to use, it's expensive but well worth the money when you think about what you can achieve with it.
 
I would go with photoshop if you are able to use this. It's expensive software but worth the money if you are willing to work at it and create the designs to make back the money you put into the software.
 
My vote is for photo shop. It is the best tool to design a good website. There are many smart Objects and incredibly powerful tools in Photoshop, Which can be use to speed up your work flow.
 
Design the code website?

For graphic design - I'd recommend Gimp or PS
Code - Sublime Text
 
I've always preferred photoshop. If you don't have the money for it you could use gimp. Lately i've been using illustrator alot. I also found it easier to lay out the wire frames of my website using dreamweaver or sublime text. After a while, you realize that the design software is not really necessary unless you're creating graphics for your website... the boxes, etc can be done using css.
 
I agree hands down photo shop, but if not willing to pay the monthly fee to adobe than GIMP is a very good freeware/clone.
 
Dreamweaver and Photoshop coral draw is the best graphics tool
