Hey.

I wanna ask if you know a good site to buy ftp server and if it is cheap to i gonna use it :)

Nope i gonna make a img hosting website i found where to host my website but now i need to buy some ftp server storage to keep all the img on
 
You look a little confused.
If you already have hosting for your website then you can use it to host the images as well.

Or check rackspace for its offers on "Direct Attached Storage"
