Start with Facebook blueprint, then watch 30 videos and read Jon loomer blog. Eventually buy his course but the best way to learn is by practice.

thanks for your reply.im not new to fb ads,but didnt run any ads for over 15months now,i have no idea about the updates,thats why im looking for a good course
