Best email accounts provider?

What are good quality email providers you recommend?

I got mine from a Russian provider, but the gmails keep saying like:
"Account restricted, because it has been used by a bot software"
at least a month later after light use.

What are the intention of the usage of the email? Sounds like you are either buying the account or actually use it with some software?

Buying the account for anonymity.

Ohh, it's properly because they are settling the account multiple times, tried that a couple of times..

But just create your own Gmail with fake information?

Or when you buy the account, quickly change the password before they got to resell the account.

I had the same problem once, after I changed the password, everything was fine.
