What are good quality email providers you recommend?

I got mine from a Russian provider, but the gmails keep saying like:
"Account restricted, because it has been used by a bot software"
at least a month later after light use.

Ohh, it's properly because they are settling the account multiple times, tried that a couple of times..

But just create your own Gmail with fake information?

Or when you buy the account, quickly change the password before they got to resell the account.

I had the same problem once, after I changed the password, everything was fine.
