What is the best desktop blogging software these days to handle multiple blogs on wordpress.com and blogger.com etc ?

I want to post my own manually spunned quality articles to a lot of blogs (not self hosted blogs, but on blogger.com, wordpress.com etc).

You could check out ManageWP. I'm not quite sure if you can manage a cloud based WP site and I don't think there is functionality for Blogger but you could check it out.

you can also use auto blog sumari for this type of work.

I use Zebroid, is expensive but is the best tool to create and manage blogs in bulk.

I think zebroid is good. this is bit expensive but the better tool to create and manage blogs

I haven't personally used it, but the article scraper from SB might help. It posts to wordpress and blogspot http://www.scrapebox.com/article-scraper-plugin
