We only allow 3 ads per page.

I have a website with 100% US traffic and From Europe.

Can i reach 2$ CPM? Whats the averege ?
 
there is an option for keyword specific ads, how would i know which keywords are paying high, do u have a tool or something where i can atleast know the estimate of the same.

As of know we only have CPM campaigns, Let you know when we have good cpc advertisers.

We pay for Non us uk @ 0.05$ CPM.

I have checked with the email are going to Inbox, please add the email to contact list so that these don't happen again.

We don't have a option to select cpc and cpm campaigns it is auto depending on the availability.
