Doesn't make sense, advertisers don't wait around to "starve" for publishers.

We pay for Non us uk @ 0.05$ CPM.

I have checked with the email are going to Inbox, please add the email to contact list so that these don't happen again.

We don't have a option to select cpc and cpm campaigns it is auto depending on the availability.
