Thanks Alohaworld, you're awesome. I'll second that, all content locking networks have link lockers.
The only thing different between the networks is the ads. CPAlead.com has content locking ads that pay per click, other networks require an action (such as completing a 10 page survey to unlock). While we may only pay 10-50 cents per click in the USA, it pays every time, so it's a 100% conversion rate.
Other than that, top content locking networks are CPAGrip, Adwork, OGAds, CPABuild, and I've seen some good things about the newcomer, AdsArmy. I'm not trying to recommend other networks, but you should test them all to see which network provides you the best result.
