What's the best cpa network that provides lockers for adult traffic?

I won't say the best because I don't know who is the best, but MyLead Global has lockers for adult traffic

Nah, they don't. They payout for sure, I have been thinking to test their lockers for adult, that's why I mentioned them. For adult smartlink though, I recommend los pollos and for regular CPA/Content Locker I recommend OGAds

I don't use it for Adult traffic, you should use the other ones I mentioned above for adult. I don't think they accept adult traffic either for their lockers.

For ogads locker description, which one converts best. Installing two apps or one app? And what's the difference?

Two works better. One opens the locker when one offer is completed by the user and two opens when two offer is completed by the user.

Not double, some offers pay more than some. So they could complete 2 offers, one payout $1.00 and the other pays $8.00. So you made $9 from that user.

I would not say "the best" because each network has its own pros and cons, however, you can consider the following ones:

CrakRevenue
Golden Goose
Cpamatica
OGads
 
You can see various offers on Crakrevenue. After analyzing your traffic, work one-on-one with the dating companies out there. So use it only to view the companies. Send the rest of your traffic as JavaScript and T3 traffic to global cpa networks. This will increase your earnings. It's a bit laborious. It's hard to make money.
 
I heard that lospollos is very good and they accept adult content u need to try and good luck
