Try hoax tech its a cloaker i use for google ads without any issues . the cloaker is budget friendly as well .

How many days does your ad run for in google? also what suspension are you getting

2 - 3 days is not bad , try setting a higher daily budget to run your ads . Put it on a $2k daily spend .
if your campaign is running for 3 days you are getting good, youll figure out in time how to push it to a week.
try spending more in the timeframe the ads are lasting.
hoax is really bad. they cut more than 50% of traffic and support said "its just your bad traffic". Lol, its just bad cloacking service, cause in other cloack's i have only 10-15%
