What is the best, most reliable cloaker that I can use for running facebook ads?

If you know facebook IP address that the review team uses, you could setup a simple script on your page. But understand that doing any sort of ad network cloaker are short lived campaign and will result in having your account banned.
Review teams will use proxies and other means to test your redirect to make sure you are not doing anything fishy.

Your account can last almost forever with a professional Cloaker that is up to date constantly. Blocking traffic by IP or proxies is not enough, there are special algorithms to differentiate bad traffic from good one

Honestly, these days people seem to be struggling with FB ads for reasons other than the cloaking. Blackjack's script, NoIP, and wpCloaker all have customers using them successfully. It's more than IP addresses - it's understanding where the traffic is coming from and detecting fingerprints. But ignoring that it is also about the normal (non-cloaked) landing pages people use. I am amazed sometimes when someone shows me the normal non-cloaked landing page they want to show a spider/reviewer. It has to be able to pass inspection. If you're in a more aggressive niche it has to be able to pass multiple reviews. It doesn't matter if you build this yourself or you scrape it/use someone else's -- you have to use a legit looking lander as the normal page.

Agree with all of the above. I built my own cloaker last year, I can port it around between servers, it blocks everything that needs to be blocked and I have full control of it all.. however, the only times I've had a manual review and raised any suspicion, is when I've not taken care of my lander properly.

I do agree with you, since last couple of times I am working on to find the best cloaker to start with. I am totally new into CPA. I would like to request that if possible are you able to share any tutorials how to use JCI and how that works. If that makes me comfortable then i can think to buy the basic version first.

Why do you hide your monetizing website to facebook if you are intentionally paying facebook to advertize your blog, your products, your niche's website?
