No claoker will give you guarantee it will obviously work . you need to test a few cloaker also to make sure which gives you best results.

I would doubt anyone that is offering a free trial for cloakers. Why do you think alot of cloakers are invite only? Its because they hold data which helps people cloak networks lol, A facebook or google rep can easily sign up to a cloaker and get which ips are being tracked and give insight information.

Rule a thumb - A good cloaker will NEVER be cheap ( under 20$ a month). You gotta to pay to play, thats how it is and thats how it always will be.
