Best Cheap PPC Network for Clickbank Products?

what are best and cheap ppc ad networks for promoting clickbank products?

I created account at bing ad, but account got suspended withing 2 days though I followed all guidelines.

What is your experience? which ppc ad network converting most?

Bing is your best bet to get started as it's still untapped...you should have asked support about your LP first as they are very responsive on live chat. Only the support can do something about it now.
