Best cheap hosting 2015?

Cheap and best don't go side by side.
I recommend everyone mddhosting, stablehost and siteground. I've used many hosts till date and these are the ones I recommend everyone.
Just don't go for hostgator, bluehost and ipage. They may seem extra cheap but hosting quality is shit.

You can prefer a shared hosting for a cheap one. Beware that you need to scarify the quality since reliable and cheap will be there at the same time.
