I'm using the same setup and I ditched breeze for wp rocket, I have fewer issues now.

The Accessibility and Best Practices was a bit higher than this last time I checked, ( when I have finished setup of my site and speed optimizations, I have not tested it back,) and it is interesting to see that these 2 has decreased a little bit over time. may be some one who has a better understanding on what these 2 suggestions are mainly referring to, and if the numbers are any good, would enlighten us

How many sites are you hosting with Cloudways?
The Accessibility has to do with, "Background and foreground colors do not have a sufficient contrast ratio." Honestly, this is subjective, plus with different monitors and screens, the same page is going to render differently. Essentially, these intelligent idiots want to put a govenor on artistic creativity.
Ok, that's my rant for the day!
Th Best Practices has to do with any number of NIT PICKING issues such as using images with LOW RESOLUTION. If the the image is loading fast, who cares if its a high resolution, right? Not these... no wait, I said no more rants, LOL.
Best Practices also refers to how you are posting Outbound Links to other sites.
Instead of using the target="_blank" attribute, they want you to add rel="noopener" or rel="noreferrer" to your target="_blank" to avoid THEIR mind numbing delusional issues.

Thanks for the info you dropped , that helps alot.
Currently I am Using Vultr High Frequency 4GB Server, And I am running 4 Active Websites, 2 of the sites are What I would call "large websites", each having around 20 + Plugins, and 2- 4k Posts, Images ETC. + Auto Publishing and sharing to social media accounts.
The Other 2 sites are small sites, that do not get any traffic and I have not got enough time/better idea for them.
However, I have had installed extra applications for test purposes, I once Had 9 websites on the server and it was functioning way better than my previous hosting.
