Best but cheap way to validate large email list

Ideally you would have port 25. However you can try other ports, but your success may vary.

I don't know of a good proxy provider for this, I just use my vps ip. But you would want mailing proxies, or you could try some socks proxy providers and see if they allow port 25.

When I looked at mailing proxies they were uber expensive, like in the hundreds of dollars per month for an entry level package, but you can shop around. Post back what you find that works so I can tell others.
