Best BST's to Improve Homepage Backlink Profile & Increase PR?

Hello,

I'm thinking of implementing a strategy to buy strong BST's for various backlinks to my homepage and use mostly naked or URL keywords for those backlinks and maybe like 5% will be actual related keywords to my industry.

Basically I want to have a strong home page backlink profile from strong sites so I can increase my overall website PR and thus increase the ranking of any new page that I create later.

Thoughts on this and also what are some of the best BST's right now for strong backlinks (high price is fine)

Website PR is no longer a metric but if you are looking for high DA/PA hit up @t0mmy as he has a guest post service that is quite strong.

You'll pay, he is not cheap but you will get what you pay for without a doubt.

Any other backlinks packages I can add to my home page? I basically want to point strong backlinks to my home page and just start building high quality content. Im hoping that the strong root domain home page will help new inner content pages rank better. Thoughts on this?

on having strong homepage and having inner content pages rank better = definitely. also, take a look at different niches, such as best business laptop, best backpack. majority of the results are getting high ranking because of the strong homepage (high authority domain).

you do need to fine tune the inner pages in such a way to achieve this. do not have any inner pages that compete with each other for a particular keyword. you will confuse google and will hurt yourself. best red apple and best yellow apple, should be on 1 page. and cheapest red apple and cheapest yellow apple, should together be on a different pages. pages need to match user intention.
