Another +1 for backlinksindexer. xindexer isn't bad either but I don't use senuke right now either.

Hey man, IMHO along with others on this forum, it is better for Google to find your links naturally. Do you not think that these index softwares do not a giveaway to the big G. Seriously sit down and think about it. You do not want any type of footprint going to your site. Somone said this already but it is honestly the safest way and that is to use social bookmarking sites. You can set this up without a footprint. If you have a linklicous account they 301 all your links. They make a footprint.
Someone that has put a link up for your site would not try to get these links indexed quickly. Through time the G will crawl it and find it by itself. This is natural! Not being bombarded with 500 links pointing to the same domain in a day. UNNATURAL!!!!!
