WordAi is a decent choice.
But as you know, nothing beats human touch. Hiring a VA to rewrite such content would work far more better.

of course.

it's mostly to fill inner pages of a site, I wrote 20+ 1500+ word posts from scratch but its nice to have 1000 words already there for you which you can rewrite/tweak for SEO and readibility

I strongly suggest WordAi is the best tool. it comes with multiple language support. You can easily paste the content of any languages whether it is in English, Spanish, French and Italian, it will change the content in the desired language with the same meaning.
For example Original Sentence:
Today I talked to Alex and Joe about WordAi.

WordAi's Automatic Rewrite:
I spoke to Joe and Alex about WordAi today.

And if you are searching for free tool Smallseo tools and Article Rewritter tools are there, but havn't tried these.

I tried both Word AI and Spinrewriter. WordAI isn't that good. Spinrewriter does even better for a cheaper price.
But I wouldn't recommend spinning, even on tier 2 it's not recommended. Just buy scraped articles or get a cheap rewrite.

Try WordAi and you dont need anything else

I also use Grammarly together to clear mistakes on articles. It helps a lot.
