I agree that Windows Defender works really good if you're having Windows 10.
However, I'd advice using McAfee as an additional app. Their prices are really nice and there are lots of discounts IMHO.
If you're looking for a free service, try Avast. It is pretty fast and I was using it for years! 10/10
