Hey BHW peeps, I want to ask you for your opinions or tips maybe because I have been trying to sign up for an account with Paydotcom, and everytime i sign it wont take me to the account page, and it doesn't create an account, why is that? Do you have any idea? Or is it just my browser?

Also can you suggest any affiliate programs that provide banner materials for publishers, and pays through paypal? Thanks!

Is this still a problem? PayDotCom is banning signups from specific IPs or group of IPs. It seems like Philippines IPs is one of them.
