Bermanhosting vps or others?

I have been using berman for three months they are pretty good but do not allow xrumer without proxies. The speeds are also pretty slow compared to xsserver. but not bad if you are using proxies.
I was kind of thinking that there speeds where pretty slow. I was kind expecting that for the price range though. I might have to shy away from this one.
