BermanHosting - Estimated time of account setup?

I'm guessing this is a smaller operation, where only one or two people set up the VPS on their host.
Mostly were looking for instant results, instant access after paying for an item. Just beware of that if you're ordering a VPS with Berman Hosting, that it may take up to 24 hours.
3:30pm - approx time of order
4pm - confirmation email of my payment for VPS
5:30pm - no further email, and searching around I saw no mention of ETA on setup. so i opened a ticket asking ETA for my server info.
----fell asleep---
2am - email received. setup normally takes up to 24 hours, and that my order was being worked on
-- woke up---
8am my server was active..
