BermanHosting - Estimated time of account setup?

Hello.
Yesterday I bought a VPS Basic package from bermanhosting and paid for it , but I still haven't received any login details from them. I opened a support ticket but it is still unanswered.
Does it always take them time to setup a VPS? This is the first time I'm buying one so I'm not quite sure of the post-payment process.
Can someone guide me?

Sven (I believe thats the name) should be coming online in a bit. His timezone is quite different. However, double-check your spam/junk folder to see if you maybe received the details there?

Its been a while since I've ordered the package I currently use with them, so I don't quite remember how long it took for that.

I checked the spam folder, nothing there.
I guess he was online as the live support on the site was showing "online".
Also, in the billing area, it says this:
Number of Products/Services: 0 (1)
What does that mean?
 
I ordered recently and they delivered within the day i ordered.
 
Most companies deliver within 24 hours, no experience with this host thou.

So I can only begin to assume that there is an order confirmed but its not yet set up. If you saw the online part in the support, he's probably put it in the queue. I don't think it would be too much to worry about.... yet ;)

Also, check the "My Emails" section in the sidebar to see if perhaps there is anything in there. The main guy's timezone is not exactly EST. This is around the time he usually wakes up. heh. It's not a big operation, but once set up = worth it xD I am soon going to shift over a few other VPS's to berman if I continue to remain happy. lol.

What all did you do after making the payment?
Like did you open a support ticket or something?
And how did you pay for it by Paypal or CC?
I paid via a CC, so maybe its the cause of delay.
 
I paid with Paypal. I was originally in contact with bermanhosting prior to ordering to ask questions about a custom package (back when the VPS Extreme package didn't exist)

It shows some emails regarding invoice and order confirmation.
Nothing related to login details of the VPS.
BTW, my invoice status is paid, so maybe you've got a valid point that he put it in queue.
But considering the fact that most people here got it within 2-3 hours makes me worry.

Me too got everything setup in less than 2hrs after having a chat...

The problem is, he didn't reply to my chat. :P
 
This is frustating.

drop them a message if their live support aint online, they will get all going quite fast :) i'm EXTREMELY happy with their VPS's and my tools gets their money worth as my own connection usually hangs because of multiple connections, also with $5 you can upgrade your service from 100mbit connection to 1gb connection! tough i dont need that kind of speed so i cancelled that addon later on.

I've already opened 2 support tickets, one with medium priority while the other with high.
Yeah I read many positive reviews regarding their service, that's I bought it in the first place.

I'm going to wait two more days before requesting a refund.
It may be some geniune reason or heck, some fault on my side thats keeping them from moving things forward.

i got mine less than 4 hours. try to contact them

Its weird everyone got them in just a few hours.
Anybody knows whether he's a BHW member or not?
 
I just got them and its been down more than its been up. Not very happy, especially as a new customer.
 
mine's been very stable. I had some stability issues with the VPS extra package (probably just too much for it to handle) but I now use the VPS Extreme package and haven't had any.

This is terrible, if you were unjustly denied a refund I need to know about it.

Please PM me the ticket ID's and I will see to it that you are refunded immediately.

And now I'm confused whether I should go for a refund or not, "as soon as possible" is too vague.
Anyone here knows what are the refund policies of 2checkout?
