I think this issue is with the "Have your server online in minutes!" claim that is plastered all over their website.

I'm going on 30+ hours now of signing up without any sort of a response. (Aside from a payment confirmation.) Not even an automated "Thank you. We'll get back to you as soon as your server is online....etc.."

I'm fine with it taking 24-48 hours to set up as long as you don't tell me it's going to take minutes, then not even provide any sort of confirmation aside from a payment confirmation. I ended up submitting a ticket about 12 hours ago, which I HATED doing because it makes me seem needy & impatient.

Most of the companies nowadays have instant setup, it is not anymore rocket science to have that. So in your case, the company is really....not worth it or there was an error in automatically creating your VPS ( which can happen ).

In conclusion, it's all about your luck

It may take a day or two to get set up but you will get the best damn black hat VPS money can buy. I have been with these guys for close to a year now and done all kinds of evil black hat things to the internet only to profit big and without a single problem.

I just sacked berman hosting as my VPS provider for all the negative reasons listed here in this thread.

what sense does that make? if u had it and it was working fine for you why would you get rid of it because of this thread?

yes, everything mentioned happened to me, and lots of other complaints too

yes I too have buy vps in berman hosting, I wait 2 days for get my order, after that I never use their services
