It's upsetting how many of you are taking this for a joke when this man has come to warn others and help them not get in the predicament he is in. Obviously he knows he f#cked up and does not to be told that 50 times. Some of it was humor in good taste, but the joke part should be over by now.

Wow it sounds pretty serious. I'm guessing it's in both your interests to stay out of court so try to find a settlement that would work for them and avoid court. Especially if you didn't cover your tracks 100%. Also come clean and provide them any info they may require form you - at this point it will only work in your favor if you cooperate. Also I guess as was said you had 20 accounts - so your well above the normal user of the sites.
I'm sure you need to do everything you can to keep it out of court - and pay whatever is affordable ... because seems the consequences of court are not going to be good.

Dude come over to Europe and continue on, laws alot more relaxed over here, Holland would be a great spot, or maybe over to Asia and set yourself up as a wholesaler for peeps on here

Most, if not all, European countries have extradition agreements with the US so I don't know if that would be the best idea for someone trying to escape a lawsuit.

I like to hope that the few intelligent people here, who make any sort of money, wouldn't find themselves in this situation.
I personally have done "counterfeit" goods with a lot more success than the measly sum he probably took away from this. The issue is how he used ebay etc for it, how he used already counterfeited products, and how he chose one with a low profit margin and highly profitable parent company.
