Rural Nevada is cheap and still safe, and I could make a legal business of providing my own entertainment. (Strip club/camwhores/whorehouse/bar/grill/dance club/hotel-resort) That's the appeal.

his bungalow cost around $1 billion
There are rich and poor in every country
One of my friend is rich his father make $8000 a month but we don't treat him like god.

Well I'm Mexican, I study in the US, I lived in China, I lived in Poland and I traveled all over South America so I know what I'm talking about. There's definitely nothing better than being rich in a poor country. The only way to really be happy, though, is to be a native of that place. Locals naturally hate foreigners.

I have some crooked Yugoslavian friends at home and they would slap the s**t out of you for saying this to them. This is a really touchy subject for these people. I don't even think they are accepting what has happened to their region. To them Yugoslavia still exists and they absolutely hate everything else around them, especially Bosnia. Local patriotism is horrible imo...

Thats why you walk with a nice oak cane with a nice metal handle,if someone tries something beat the crap out of them. The walking cane is one of the last weapons that is legal in almost every country.

Most countries mentioned here are developing countries and not third World. Brazil and Thailand in particular are two of the richest countries of the World.
Living in poorer countries has more benefits than disadvantages. Do your banking and money affairs in a safe heaven like Panama or Singapore and just keep 3 month of budget in a local bank account so nobody knows how much your make. Don't show off with your valueables and don't look down at people and you will have nothing to fear.
If you pick a counry with territorial tax regime and structure your income in a smart way, you won't even need to pay taxes.
