Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Serbia & Montenegro - now is Serbia separate and Montenegro separate, FYR of Macedonia. Don't ever call thos country Yugoslavia. That time is past time. It's like if i call Americans as Europeans, because all american's came from Europe and Africa. It's degradation of people.

I have some crooked Yugoslavian friends at home and they would slap the s**t out of you for saying this to them. This is a really touchy subject for these people. I don't even think they are accepting what has happened to their region. To them Yugoslavia still exists and they absolutely hate everything else around them, especially Bosnia. Most countries mentioned here are developing countries and not third World. Brazil and Thailand in particular are two of the richest countries of the World.
Living in poorer countries has more benefits than disadvantages. Do your banking and money affairs in a safe heaven like Panama or Singapore and just keep 3 month of budget in a local bank account so nobody knows how much your make. Don't show off with your valueables and don't look down at people and you will have nothing to fear.
If you pick a counry with territorial tax regime and structure your income in a smart way, you won't even need to pay taxes.

my family is from the dominican republic. 3 world country but awesome! everythings so cheap the girls are awesome. but man can they tell when your not from here. i walk in the street and everybodys staring at me and some girls wink lol. but u gotta be careful. u culd get killed for a cellphone out here. life is cheap here.

Are u in the capital? Different in the tourist sections but I know u have to be careful there. Pays to have solid friends!
