What is it exactly that you are looking for? What type of site are you promoting?

I suggest you be very careful when talking to some of these people. Very few of them actually make any money at this.

Just looking for somebody to boost search engine traffic because right now I have none, its all from my own developed traffic method which boosts traffic to my site without any backlinks whenever I use it.

Be careful. You may destroy your membership base or your entire business here. Also be wary of people offering to help you. Keep your eyes open. My suggestion is to go through the posts and search for people who sound like they're doing what you need and PM them directly rather than doing an open cattle call for help.

Truthfully, you should either jv with someone you know very well or learn some basic seo and implement that. Finding a jv here is a little doubtful and you may jeopardize your business.
