Be careful. You may destroy your membership base or your entire business here. Also be wary of people offering to help you. Keep your eyes open. My suggestion is to go through the posts and search for people who sound like they're doing what you need and PM them directly rather than doing an open cattle call for help.

Truthfully, you should either jv with someone you know very well or learn some basic seo and implement that. Finding a jv here is a little doubtful and you may jeopardize your business.
