It won't affect your website. Unless it's BH and you need to do cloaking. But if your cloaking is good and you dont leave any footprints, you're good. What sort of cosmetics are you selling? I presume you want to run search ads? And are you also promoting the website on your IG page where you promote your models?
For this type of offer, most people don’t go direct because Google is strict with beauty + model images, so usually cloaking is used to avoid reviews issues. There are many options like TrafficGuardian, TrustCloaker, JCI and others, but it really depends on your niche and setup. Just make sure your safe page is clean, policy friendly, and looks legit, otherwise no tool will save the account.
