Beating the Algorithm

Hello all,
I guess I'll also make this my introduction. Ive been in the instagram game for a little over a year. I have 2 car pages and have been growing somewhat decently with one even though its in a saturated niche of modified cars.
Which brings me to my dilemma; ever since the most recent algorithm shift, my page's follower count has dropped a lot. My likes are alright but they aren't red hot like they used to be. Back in January and December I was pulling 250+ followers a day and 4k likes per post. Now I've dwindled down to 2-3k likes per post and 30 followers a day. I haven't really changed anything, though I am not doing as many of the telegram groups as I used to. I assume might be best since I've heard speculation that the algorithm is cracking down on people who use programs such as follow liker, like list bot (etc) and blacklisting them.
I'm interested to hear some thoughts, I really don't want to lose my account I've put a lot into it.
Should I go back to doing all of the telegram rounds and using a like bot for them? Can anyone confirm I'd be shadow banned or put on a shit list for liking a shit ton of posts in these telegram rounds?

Should I try something else like buying Powerlikes? If so can someone point me in the direction for power likes?

Appreciate any and all input, and I hope to chip in myself to growing Instagram pages.

Hey; Great to meet you, I'm Jay. There are NO guarantees when using a bot - and the risks increase when connected to a bot that is doing multiple actions from multiple accounts at one time. Basically, you want to draw as little of attention as possible to yourself, and the bigger those services / bots grow, the more likely they are to be spotted by Instagram, of course. Just like anything, the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward. Right now, automated activity seems to be the best way to grow, you just have to maximize the targeting and quality of your page. My recommendation would be focus on that, don't get too greedy, and maybe test out some dummy accounts to figure out Instagram's current limits to find a good activity speed to grow with. Liking groups are also a great addition if you strategically collaborate with the right accounts- focus on diversifying methods instead of just 1 and it'll add up to fantastic results. Thanks for the feedback Jay. I was actually taking with another guy who used to be heavy into the telegram rounds. His account got shadow banned but he started another one and uses the shadow banned one to return likes on the telegram rounds. So far the new account has grown great just like without the issue of the shadow banning. So I am going to find a dead account to purchase and use that as a zombie account in my telegram rounds for giving likes and have that get shadow banned while my other accounts receive likes.

anyone know if you can be shadow banned if you are blue tick verified?

Upload a picture with a bunch of tags included on your account, switch accounts and search the tags for the picture you posted, check for your picture and if it's not showing up, you're more than likely shadow banned, but if you can see the picture in all of the tags or even most of them, you're not shadow banned, hope that helps.
