HI all

We are selling ranked authority site and this guy ordered $299 package from us few weeks ago, once settle the payment we started the order and he was always communicated with us keenly.

Once site 90% completed he has started dispute as UN-autherized payment through paypal and we lost the payment as well as the website we made for him, he has changed the password details after making dispute, so please ban this guy before scam other sellers.

Was this user ever spoken to over BHW pm to verify that's actually his account in discussion about ordering the service with OP? What would stop a credit card fraudster from just putting any BHW name on your form?

Unless email/IP's are matching BHW acct info/logins @BassTrackerBoats

EDIT: Meant discussion from hyauns with the OP via BHW pm to verify it's actually his account. Not just some random account name a fraudster put on an order form

He never responded to my PMs and has not even logged in since March.

I guess it's not a loss here really. But this is something that could be a real way to scam people here. I mean a guy who hasn't logged in since March happened to buy services from somebody in June?

Really something for sellers to look out for I think. Would be pretty easy to find an inactive account and pretend to be them if you only talk via Skype.
 
This member has also charged-back $170 USD from us as well.

Order has been completed but we are forced to remove his links.
Big waste of time because we own the sites, therefore he won't keep
a single link so I have no idea what his logic is in doing this.

I have IP address and other personal information for mods if needed.

Yes please share with MOD, Other wise he would do the same thing for all sellers. Big waste !
