Whatsup world...
In the last few weeks I have found solid ground with a business I'm starting... meaning I have submitted a very well put together provisional patent application. I have created a concpet video, and have majority of my mockups completed.
I'm now ready to divulge to the right people what I have been cooking.
please be able to sign an nda.
I need people who have experience with launching start-ups and know the webdev/coding sector well...
my primary concern is the global patent treaty organization patent search which I'm near certain Is almost complete. Once it's certain this patent of mine is novel and non infringing , we have controll over an imerging market.

Not volunteering but I have a thought: My advice here would be for you to flesh out what you need, precisely... and what you offer to your potential partner. I've read that OP twice and still have very little idea what you want specifically and what would be in it for your partner. If you can do this clearly you will have a lot more nibbles from members.

I hear you and thanks, I didnt divulge on purpose. I know it doesn't really attract attention, the main point is its big. I really dont have much more to say as all decisions on roi and involvement need to go through other investors... it may feel like the information is only trickling down... but if it's meant to be its meant to be...
 
I have had 3 different conversations with this guy and still have no fucking clue what his secretive project is LOL
It's dumb ass fuck to sign an agreement without even discussing the topic of the agreement
Feel free to waste your time contacting him. Good luck finding idiots to work with unless you want to share info

We are all anonymous essentially here... they could sign the NDA "Bobo the Clown" and you would have no idea if it is a real name or not. You realize this, right? They could be from the Congo in the middle of Africa.

How do you get out of a NDA. I've signed one with a large company and want to clone their concept so I can make some quick cash.
 
I will disclose more when I have cleared it within the next few days. I don't disagree with any of you, i really want to share. Its coming , so stay tuned. In my defense, this journey needed more work done to protect it before i could even be a catalyst for your brainstorming power on the topic.

Nice read, I feel much more at ease having a filing date on my patent. This was mandatory to start development of a working prototype module. Otherwise we would be spending money and no one would want to buy licensing... They would replicate it themselves. My father advised me to file , he who has multiple patents including a "curved needle for local anesthetic Behind the ribs", a "mobilized compact bulk medical file", and one he didn't pay maintenance on which was the "patient reference number/barcode bracelet".
I have slept much better since filing with the us patent office which is respected by the international treaty cooperation.
 
Why not just go to some local firms near you???
