BDM5 sucks - Bookmarking Demon 5 Problems

wow I really wanted to buy this software, I use howies bookmarkgeneration which is a web app but tha shit sometimes I set it to book mark a url every 6 hours and when I check back in a few days it has only bookmarked it once, among other quirks I have with it.

BMD seems to have been getting better from what Ive been reading from the start of the thread. but when I buy software I expect it to work as advertised.

was looking at using a bookmarking tool. tried out senuke last night. the account creator didnt work on every network, but did work on over 80%. that saves me HOURS!!! if i sat there and simply filled in the captcha on the remaining 20%, i could have hit 100% account creation on a crap load of 2.0 sites!

super stoked about getting more accounts setup automatically.

was going to check out bmd as well, but after reading this may hold off and just focus on senuke.

the account creation alone is worth the $127 per month to me. If I run it once a day to just setup the accounts, that is 30 different accounts every month breaking down to a cost of $4.23 per day. It would take me an entire day to setup all these accounts by hand. My time is worth more than $4.23. Plus, setting up 10 by hand drives me nuts.

I had been looking at outsourcing the account setup and this will save me tons of cash.

Now i need to figure out what the rest of the system can do.

I have Bookmarking Demon 5, and are we even talking about the same software?

because I don't have the same problems you are having, the submission is pretty fast for me.

If you add the pages into your "Add Web Page", you will have to select it by ctrl - A, then it will select all pages. Learn how to use it first my friend.

I love BMD 5, with the decaptcher feature. Saves me so much manual work.

The only complain I have with BMD 5 is that the submission success rate is kind of low, for me it's about 50%, but I ended up paying 100% decaptcher fees.

also make sure you buy private proxies, it will save yourself from getting banned.

I bought BMD 5 and it says there are 105 accounts to set up, but it only did 35 for me. Not sure what I am doing wrong. This is all new to me.

I use this often. Though it has a ways to go, For the money is worht it.. You MUST

1. Have a ton of GOOD proxies.
2. Don't use the same email source for all your accounts (ie not all yahoo.com etc etc)
3. Use the Rss Camouflage, is there for a reason.

ZERO banned accounts in last 3 months, I have over 100...Speed? Slow. but who needs it that much faster...Is fine for bookmarking..Success rate? depends on what setting I have but always within a couple % of the rate I want it.

If it did some better work with how it used the proxies would be fine. again, imo for the money is good. I have not tried bookmarkwiz though.

Yep, this is very important, can Bookmarking Demon now do this or is it still just the URL of your user account?

The url of the actual bookmark itself is certainly far more important, especially for Pligg sites, as that is generally the only one that contains the link with the proper keyword anchor text, the other pages often just have a URL anchored link which is obviously not as useful...
