If it is worth studying? How difficult is it? What exactly do learn from it?

It depends on lots of factors. It is not a difficult as you think in terms of passing the grades. But learning it, you need to keep on being updated.

Ok if you asked me personally the degrees don't matter if you are looking to get a job.
Most companies only need applicants who are graduates as long as the university/college is recognized by the official body.
Eventually you just hustle and climb your way up the job, learns the do and dont. Play the politics right and then figure things out on the job
