Basic Wordpress Tutorials?

Can anybody direct me to some basic Wordpress tutorials? I understand the hosting/domain aspect - I'm just interested in obtaining the knowledge to tweak themes, or make things look exactly how I like.

I have very minimal experience and knowledge in doing so, and am just looking to be able to make decent looking sites - both for CPA related work as well as eCommerce.
