Great session for the newbies. Most importantly i want to add one more thing that before creating a backlink always check the domain authority and link relevance of that website.

Honestly if you have the funds you need o hire a link builder to manage your SEO for you. You will need a monetizaton strategy and possibly a blueprint for the link builder, but if you do SEO yourself youre doing it really, really slow.

Can any one guide me how Social Media Profiles work for SERP ? is this based on engagement or just likes ?
