So I got a blog which took me nearly 3 months to reach traffic figures that I have had planned to reach in 45 (more or less) days like you))
You can see that my backlinks mass start to grow (we're only talking about high quality backlinks) steadily just recently:

I'm writing reviews on movies and carefully examine each referring domain. Last month I acquired a lot of trashy backlinks and had to disavow then:

(you can see the drop) after which my DA is in steady growth.
 
What is the process to rank a keyword? I am quite good in on-page but dont have much idea about off-page. Please help me, how can i rank a keyword through off-page?

Hello its interesting post, but is it actual nowdays? Is here any bloggers who want to cooperate and give backlinks to each other?
 
Also your backlink profile should STAY clean.
It's best to check your ref domain topical trust flow with Majestic.
Also there's a good way checking if your site has problems if your ref domains cut your backlins in big batches.
You can check your lost backlinks with Serpstat.
