Thanks for the amount of useful information! Joined for quite some time and started to follow back and amazed at how much information there is on the internet. I wonder if the domain name has important effect on SEO anymore.
 
I would add that in today's post penguin world don't build an anchor text more than twice every two months. This does not go for your brand or naked url.
 
Thanks for this, I have started at Page 1 and I believe reading each and every bit is what will get the understanding going, this whole IM/PR Internet world is fairly big, and putting your ear on the ground on the top level will almost certainly have you losing your mind in the first few hours, just so much going on, its about taking a step back and listening to the basics as put out in this thread and disregarding the "fluff" on the top layer and paying attention to the important stuff!
