This one is EASY to answer... Keep you seo structured the exact same way, just remember to keep your content relevant to the target prospective consumer...if you are running a corporate site, treat it as such, a corporate business operation.

The SEO stays the same, even when the content and graphic layout changes to meet the requirements of a different visitor.

Google, as well as any search engine for that matter only track and rank ' public ' links. If the pages are protected by a session or are behind a login system for example, they aren't exposed due to the fact that they are protected pages and don't want to give away member content for free if you are protecting it for value to your paid members.

IF you want it to be linked, as a backlink, say, a full version of an article or source on your site, you have to have it as a public page or they won't even be able to see it. The crawlers/spiders/bots are programmed not to read those areas.

Thanks GreyWolf for such an useful post.I want to say something on your first point of Basic SEO practices that is on meta tags.As you know they are irrelevant to use now a days.Most of the search engines are not uses them any more.You say you put them for your reference but it will give reference to your competitors also.Why you are giving your keywords list to your competitors in so easy format?
